Landscape irrigation system design and project management with driplines and spray sprinklers to shrub beds and lawns.

Irrigation to ground floor and podium level was designed by Irritech for a residential complex in south London. This comprised a pump station, rising mains throughout the building, and sprays to lawns / sub-surface dripline to planters & shrub beds.
The system was designed to include soil moisture sensors, a weather station, and flow master valves.
Irritech design approximately 40 to 50 landscape projects every year across Europe and the middle east.
Irritech are currently designing / project managing 7 landscape irrigation projects across the city centre from Royal Wharf through to Wembley.
Each of the systems designed feature soil moisture sensors and pressure compensating dripline with the ability to be installed subsurface, this provides irrigation efficiency in the region of 90% and is BREEAM compliant.
The systems are all a combination of shrub groundcover, tree and turf irrigation using both recycled water and greywater. This ensures that any investment made into the irrigation system is both sustainable and efficient.

Landscape irrigation to turf areas, trees in turf, green walls, and shrub planting.
Irritech were retained to undertake the design of the landscape irrigation system for the basement and upper levels encompassing variable speed pump technology, water treatment, pressure regulating solenoid valves, and a decoder based control system.
Irritech have just completed both concept and detailed design for a large city development in the middle east – this comprises water usage studies, pipe and 14 pump infrastructure modelling, and detailed emitter layouts totalling an area in excess of 150 hectares.

Greens, Greens Surrounds, Approaches, Fairways, and Tee irrigation system to all fine turf areas, comprised valve in head sprinklers individually controlled, water storage, variable speed pump station, and PC based control system with radio remote control.
Irritech were responsible for the site wide design, specification and issue to tender, assisting the Client with negotiations and contract award.
Project management and site visits were also undertaken to ensure a smooth, minimal disturbance installation period over the summer months.
